The legal support we provide can be broad and varied – be that to set up an internal legal function, to negotiate and close a deal, to support a project, to educate, to develop template suites, to support an under-resourced team, to develop policy and process suites or simply to be that commercial legal mind for staff to bounce questions off – the options are endless and flexible to meet YOUR needs.

Simple pricing and terms
We are not a traditional law-firm. We do not charge at the rates of most conventional law-firms and we don’t charge in six-minute intervals. You won’t “instruct” us on particular and specific matters. We intend to work alongside, and with you, as colleagues in your organisation. We will be available as your other staff are for those hours per week that we have pre-agreed. And where you require further legal support at a given time or for a particular period, we will do our best to meet those needs (capacity depending) in the same way you might expect your own in-house legal counsel.
However, we are not an employed in-house legal counsel – you can flex the support you require from us depending upon your requirements. You gain all of the benefits of legal privilege in your dealings with us as if you had an in-house legal counsel, without the commitment on extra full-time resource and associated employment related obligations.
We have an hourly-based tiered fees structure. You elect the number of hours of legal support you require and the period for which you require that support (subject to some conditions). Should you require support beyond those hours, we will do our best to meet that need upon agreement at a slightly higher (pre-agreed!) rate. We expect that requirements and capacity conversations will be continuous and ongoing – if the legal support that you require is below that which you anticipated, we will discuss what other value-add (and risk reduction!) we can bring to your organisation.
